Fuego!

Indulge in an authentic, refreshing Sangria from Fuego Tapas & Vino.

As in Spain, there are four things that make the day drinking experience enjoyable.

(1) your day drinking buddy or buddies who  make your day drinking entertaining and memorable, (2) the friendly and inviting staff (thank you Jennifer, server and bartender – both charming and professional), (3) the food and drink play the leading roles in the overall experience, and... well, I don't remember what, but it's awesome.

Tapas are Spanish style appetizers. Every tapas at Fuego are delicious.  My favorite, and my recommendation, are the Lobster Puffs and Pork Medallions, but you can enjoy asparagus straws, patatas bravas, and tiger prawns with marmelade sauce.  That's right, orange marmelade, with a little spice.  Tremendous. Our Spanish stars of our day drinking afternoon, of course, were the pitchers of Sangria.  As you first lay eyes on the icy cold pitcher of Fuego's Sangria, it takes you to the sandy beaches on the Mediterranean.  With its rich deep burgundy color, and splashes of orange and red from the delicious fruit accents, the hint of cinnamon will surprise you.
